Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) has developed a digital twin of the Korean Man-Machine Interface System (MMIS) for the APR1400 reactor, enabling the digitalization of processes from plant construction to operation. This technology enhances design verification during the construction. The problem-solving ability and maintenance efficiency will also be improved through real-time monitoring It is expected to enhance nuclear safety and boost export competitiveness.

3. Incheon International Airport Expansion

The expansion of Incheon International Airport is another project embracing BIM and digital twins to facilitate seamless construction and long-term maintenance.
